Guidelines for Enlistment of Math Subjects 1st Semester, A.Y. 2025-2026

The general registration for the First Semester of A.Y. 2025-2026 will be held from August 5-8, 2025.

Please take note of the following guidelines for enlistment in any math subject :

  1. THERE WILL BE NO TEACHER’S PREROG. Emails sent directly to teachers and other officers/staff of IMath pertaining to|requests for slots will NOT be entertained.
  2. Enlistment of math subjects for all students is through the waitlist module of the CRS. There are NO alternate ways to secure slots.
We encourage students to waitlist instead of contacting the faculty directly so that the institute can properly assess the demand for each subject.
  3. Slots will NOT be granted if CRS has blocked your enlistment. This can happen when:
    • You are tagged as Ineligible. Please settle your accountabilities first.
    • You came from LOA/AWOL and have not been readmitted. Please process your readmission first.
    • Your enlistment status is Locked. Please unlock it first or finish the registration until your status is Paid.
  4. Waitlisting for math subjects is open daily at any time except: 10:00 AM-12:00 NN and 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. The institute will process waitlists during these specified times.
  5. Students who wish to өnlist in math subjects that are listed as required courses in their degree programs will be given priority.
  6. Cancellation of math subjects is done either by
    • contacting your program adviser; or
    • writing an өmail to cancellation@math.upd.edu.ph using your UP email account (available only during registration period).

Additional guidelines for BS Math students:

  1. Students enrolling in Math 200 are requested to ask their respective thesis advisers to өmail their names to ddapr@math.upd.edu.ph for verification.
  2. Students who were tagged with deficiencies and found to be in violation of the CS/IMath retention rules need to be post-advised in person.
  3. Students in good scholastic standing should email their program adviser for postadvising.
