• Office of the College Secretary (OCS) – for undergraduate students

• Office of the Associate Dean for Mentoring Academic Progress and Advancement (OADMAPA) – for graduate students
  csgrad@science.upd.edu.ph

Aforementioned documents submitted to other offices will NOT be entertained.
