Application for Evaluation and Priority Tagging (for Incoming 4th Year BS Mathematics students)

If you are a 4th-year student of the BS Mathematics program with 40 units or less academic load for AY 2022-23, please fill out the Application for Graduation Form (which can be downloaded through this link), then submit your application for evaluation here on or before 31 July 2022.

Your academic credentials will be evaluated and the result of which will be available on or before the start of registration for the First Semester AY 2022-23. This will serve as the basis of your graduating status/priority for two semesters. The computation will reflect courses completed and remaining units to be taken.
