Make-up and Completion Exam Schedule for Math Service Courses

The make-up and completion exams for the Math service courses (Math 20, 21, 22, 23, 30, and 40) will be held on 21 January 2022 (Friday).

The make-up exam is intended for students who missed an exam with a valid excuse during 1st Semester AY 2021-2022. The completion exam is intended for students who incurred a grade of INC during the 1st Semester, 2nd Semester, or Midyear Term 2020- 2021 due to a missed exam with a valid excuse.

Guidelines:

  1. Student must submit a written explanation to his/her instructor stating his/her reason for missing the exam not later than 18 January 2022 (Tuesday).
  2. Student taking a completion exam must be currently enrolled (1st Semester AY 2021-2022) and must accomplish a completion permit and submit to the instructor not later than 20 January 2022 (Thursday).
