Guidelines for Enlistment of Math Subjects (31 January, 2-3 February 2022)
- Enlistment of math subjects for all students is through the waitlist module of the CRS. There will be no teacher’s prerog. The following schedule will be strictly implemented:
- 31 Jan – 3 Feb: Freshmen, Varsity, HASPAG, PWDs, Graduating and Graduate Students
- 2 – 3 Feb: All UPD Undergraduate and Graduate Students
- 3 Feb: All other students including Cross-Registrant/Non-Degree/Special/Foreign/Exchange Students
- Make sure that you are eligible to enroll before you waitlist. Slots will not be granted if you are tagged as ineligible by CRS.
- The waitlist module will be opened from 8:00 am – 10:00 am and 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm of each day.
- Granting of slots to waitlisted students will be done during the time periods 10:00 am – 12:00 nn and 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm of each day.
- Waitlists will be cleared at the end of each day.
- Students who wish to enroll in Math 21, Math 22, Math 23, Math 40, or Math 122, but who belong to degree programs that do not require those subjects, will only be considered for enlistment (subject to availability of slots) during the waitlist period of the afternoon of 3 February.
- Non-Math majors who are looking for Math electives will only be considered for enlistment (subject to availability of slots) during the waitlist period of the afternoon of 3 February.
- Cancellation of math subjects is done either by:
- contacting your program adviser, or
- writing an email to cancellation@math.upd.edu.ph using your UP email account.
- B.S. Math students who will enroll in Math 200 are requested to ask their respective thesis advisers to email their names to M.J.C. Loquias for verification.
NOTE: 1 February is a holiday (Chinese New Year). No registration activities for this day.
