Completion Schedule for Math 20,21, 22, and 23

The completion period for the service courses (Math 20, Math 21, Math 22, and Math 23) is from 01-03 September 2021. Students who incurred a grade of INC during the 1st Semester and 2nd Semester A.Y. 2020-21 may complete their requirement(s) on the said dates subject to the agreement with their instructor.

Please take note of the following guidelines.

1. Student must be enrolled during the Midyear Term of A.Y. 2020-21.
2. Student must contact instructor not later than 27 August 2021, 5PM.
3. Student must accomplish completion permit and submit to the instructor.
